Soul Inscribed offers an eclectic fusion of jazz, dub, hip-hop, spoken word, house and afrobeat. The collective features MC/Producer Baba Israel, vocalist/instrumentalist Grace Galu, vocalist Duv, Saxophonist/Flutist Sean Nowell, Keyboardist Robert Knowles, and Drummer/Juan Carlos Polo. Soul Inscribed flows between crafted songs, improvisation, and human beatboxing.

As arts educators, Soul Inscribed brings music to young audiences across the world. Soul Inscribed has toured as cultural ambassadors to Russia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Mauritius, and Peru as part of the State Department's "American Music Abroad" program. They are recipients of a Fulbright grant, a Map Fund grant and an NEFA NTP Grant.

Soul Inscribed recently released "Tune Up" - a multi-genre musical reflection on everyday struggles and triumphs, and a celebration of community, joy, and freedom of expression.

Soul Inscribed is currently developing Cannabis! A Viper Vaudeville, produced by HERE.
